SOHA MOUSA, M.D.
RHEUMATOLOGIST
Dr. Mousa has always had a passion for science and knowledge. Improving the lives and the health of the people in her community is her priority and unwavering commitment. Being a physician has allowed her to touch many people’s lives in ways that not only impact the patient, but also their families. She comes into work each day with the attitude that she will serve each of her patients the very best that she can. She is renowned for her patient care and has received numerous awards, including Cincinnati Top Doctor, Press Ganey. and Patients’ Choice Award for multiple years. She empowers each of her patients to work together with her, as a team, to improve their outcomes as well as their spirits.
Dr. Mousa is fluent in English and Arabic. She is board certified in Rheumatology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She obtained her medical degree at Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine and her Internal Medicine Residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. She completed her fellowship in rheumatology at State University of New York Upstate Medical University.
When not in the office, Dr. Mousa enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two daughters and son. In her free time, Dr. Mousa enjoys painting, gardening, cooking, baking, reading, traveling, and volunteering.
MADISON STURGIS, PA-C
PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
Madison is a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant who has always had a passion for the field of medicine and helping others. Madison believes it is important to build a partnership with her patients in order to understand their individual needs to help guide them through their care. Madison earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Mount Union and is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Prior to that, she earned her B.S. in Biology at Robert Morris University.
Before transitioning to rheumatology, she worked in otolaryngology surgery, gaining extensive experience in patient care, diagnostic assessments, and team-based approaches to treatment. During her time in ENT, she worked with assorted autoimmune conditions and was introduced to learning more about immunology and biologic medications. This background has provided a strong foundation in the management of complex medical conditions and enhancing the quality of life for patients with chronic rheumatic diseases.
When not seeing patients, Madison enjoys spending time with family, exercising, golfing, fly fishing, reading, cooking and traveling to visit her parents and sister. She grew up in Western Pennsylvania and now calls Cincinnati Ohio home with her husband and their miniature dachshund named Shep.
VANESSA GODINES, PA-C
PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
Vanessa graduated from Mount St. Joseph University in 2022. Her background in nephrology sparked her interest in rheumatology through caring for patients with complex autoimmune conditions, including lupus, Sjögren's syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, and gout. During her time in nephrology, she worked closely with Dr. Mousa's office to help manage autoimmune diseases that can affect the kidneys, inspiring her transition into rheumatology.
Vanessa enjoys building meaningful relationships with her patients and is excited to continue caring for some of them in her new role in rheumatology. She is also passionate about mentoring the next generation of physician assistants by providing shadowing opportunities for pre-PA students and serving as a clinical preceptor for PA students during their clinical year. She is an active member of the Ohio Association of Physician Assistants Membership Committee, where she works to encourage greater PA involvement in Ohio legislative advocacy and professional engagement.
Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys exploring new trails and embarking on adventures with her dog.
ALLISON KOELBLIN, RMA
OFFICE MANAGER
Allison has always loved helping people. She began her career in 2012 after graduating from Butler Tech as a registered medical assistant. She has worked in a variety of specialties but found Rheumatology to be the perfect fit.
When not in the office, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband, son and beloved dogs Bodhi, Bellamy, Binx & Bailey. She also enjoys dance fitness, crafting and cooking.
MARIUM SALLAM, MA
MEDICAL ASSISTANT
Marium graduated from University of Cincinnati and is currently working towards becoming a Physician Assistant and loves learning new skills and connecting with patients.
Outside of work, she likes to spend time with her family and friends, play sports, and travel.
KATE WALLS, RN
RN/MEDICAL ASSISTANT
Kate has always enjoyed helping others and bringing comfort to her patients. She graduated from Cincinnati State Technical College Nursing Program.
When not in the office, Kate enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending her children's sporting events, reading and cooking.
LYNDA DELUCA, RN
INFUSION NURSE
Lynda graduated from The Jewish Hospital nursing school. She has a wealth of experience as an infusion nurse as well as other departments in nursing.
In her free time, Lynda enjoys charity work as well as spending time with her son and being a longtime member of the Parrot Heads.
